Ish is a personal assistant operated by Ish LLC. This policy explains how it handles your information.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you link a phone, we collect your mobile number and verification information. We store your SMS consent choice and, when you opt in, the time, IP address, and disclosure you agreed to. We store your messages to operate the assistant and respond to your requests.

How we use it

Only to respond to your requests and improve the assistant. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.

Sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.

SMS program

Create an account at ish.support, enter your mobile number, and choose the optional, unchecked SMS consent box to receive replies, reminders, and updates you request from Ish LLC. Request a verification code and enter that code to confirm your number. Verifying a phone number alone does not enroll you in assistant messages. You can leave the box unchecked and use Ish without assistant texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
